Please read the following terms and conditions before booking driving lessons with Alfa Driving School.
Introduction
These terms and conditions set out the basis on which Alfa Driving School provides driving lessons and courses. By booking a lesson or course, you agree to the terms set out below.
Booking Lessons
Bookings are made in blocks of 6, 10, 15, 20 or 30 hours. A discount applies from a block of 10 hours or more.
Lesson Payments
All payments are made in advance of lessons taking place.
Cancellations
Unless at least 48 hours’ advance notice is given, any cancelled lesson will be charged at the same rate as if the lesson had taken place.
Rescheduling
Any coordination of lesson times, including rescheduling, should take place during the lesson itself. Extra time requested outside of the booked lesson, including late coordination outside lesson hours, will be charged at the same rate.
Instructor Availability
Once an instructor has been allocated, you will continue with the same instructor following your first booking.
Learner Responsibilities
Lesson time begins once you get into the car. The first 5–7 minutes are used for a recap or introduction to the lesson, and the last 5–7 minutes for a debrief and coordination of the next lesson.
Driving Licence Requirements
You will need to hold a valid UK provisional (or full) driving licence to take driving lessons, and should bring this with you to your lessons.
Vehicle Use
Alfa Driving School will provide a dual-control vehicle in clean and road-worthy condition for the purposes of your lessons.
Safety
All instructors will present themselves in a professional manner and smart appearance. Alfa Driving School operates a strict non-smoking policy, and follows an equal opportunities policy, with no discrimination on the basis of race, colour, creed, gender or sexual orientation.

Intensive and crash course tuition is available for learners wanting to progress more quickly — see our Crash Course page for details. The same booking, payment and cancellation terms set out above apply to intensive courses.
Refunds
Refund requests are considered on an individual basis. Please contact Alfa Driving School directly to discuss any refund query relating to your booking.
Personal Belongings
Learners are responsible for their own personal belongings during lessons.
Changes to Terms
These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. Please check this page periodically for the most current version.
Media Consent
After passing your driving test, you agree that any videos or photos taken may be used for business promotion on social media.
