Alfa Driving School didn’t start as a business plan drawn up in a boardroom. It started on the passenger seat of a small hatchback, with a nervous 17-year-old gripping the steering wheel and an instructor calmly talking them through their first three-point turn. Our founding instructors had all worked for larger, more impersonal driving schools before setting out on their own.
